For anyone who wants to learn to change their approach in order to feel less stress, better communication, and feel better about themselves.


Description

This three-day Mindful@Work training invites you to deeply explore the principles of mindfulness and integrate them into your professional life. Inspired by the teachings of Thich Nhat Hanh and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) methodology developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn, this course offers a unique synthesis of Buddhist wisdom and scientific approaches to promote well-being and effectiveness in the workplace.

Objectives:

1. Foundations of Mindfulness

Introduction to the core principles of mindfulness according to Thich Nhat Hanh and Jon Kabat-Zinn.

Practical meditation exercises and breathing techniques for developing attention and presence.< /p>

The importance of living "here and now" and how to apply this in daily work.

2. Mindful Communication and Relationships

Techniques for loving speaking and deep listening, inspired by Plum Village.

Exercises for improving empathy, understanding and effective communication at work.

Building positive working relationships through conscious interaction and responsiveness.

3. Mindfulness and Stress Management

Insight into the impact of stress on the body and mind and how mindfulness can help with stress reduction.

Learning to deal mindfully with boundaries.

MBSR techniques specifically aimed at dealing with work-related stress.

Developing a personal mindfulness routine for daily stress management.

4. Creating a Mindful Work Environment

Strategies for integrating mindfulness practices within teams and organizational structures.

Promoting a culture of well-being, collaboration and open communication.

Working methods

We work in a very experience-oriented way with a strong focus on practical application through guided meditations, interactive workshops, role plays and group discussions. Participants will have access to a range of resources including workbooks, audio recordings for meditation exercises and additional online materials to support the integration of mindfulness into their work and daily lives.
